Dallas Evaluator – Sara H.

Sara has been a Dallas-area resident her whole life, excluding a 4-year stint when she lived in Austin during college. Passionate about hospitality, Sara spent 7 years working as a server in several Texan restaurants—so she knows a thing or two about operations. Now, Sara works in document control in the engineering industry, a job that has fostered her analytic abilities and sharpened her writing skills.  Because she is highly perceptive and detail-oriented, Sara has experienced much success in her professional life. But when her day’s work is through, she enjoys spending her evenings dining at different restaurants in Dallas. Sara, once the eyes and ears of a restaurant staff, offers a unique perspective from a guest’s point of view and knows what it means to remember hospitality.
