How do I register to become an evaluator?

Sign up here for free.  The process takes about 5-10 minutes.

Is registration free?

Yes it is.

Is this ‘mystery shopping’ thing for real?  Are you legit?

We are for sure legit 🙂 We have over 20+ years in business and world-renowned clients who rely on Coyle to provide customer experience insights.  Coyle is also a proud member of our industry association, MSPA.

Do you have mystery shopping opportunities in my city?

Coyle clients are in 70+ countries and growing. We likely have opportunities in your city or near by.  And, if you are traveling, why not evaluate while you are on the road?

If you can’t visit on our our clients in-person, Coyle clients offer telephone mystery shopping that can be done from home.

How long does it take to be approved and apply for opportunities?

Once you sign up, approval is automatic and immediate.  All you have to do is apply for opportunities that interest you. Evaluators are independent contractors/vendors and may request assignments at their discretion.

Do I get paid?

All mystery shopping assignments pay a fee plus reimbursable expenses as directed by the client.

I received a check from someone claiming to be from Coyle Hospitality Group?  Is this legitimate?

Scammers are sending fake emails, checks and other communications posing as a Coyle Hospitality Group employee, in an attempt to obtain private information from you.
