A Demographic Fit

One of Coyle’s resort clients specifically requested that Coyle refer a family for one of their resort mystery shopping evaluations.  Why?  Because their resort clientele is almost exclusively families at this time of year.  Tapping the best professional hotel evaluator network available, Coyle was able to find several secret shoppers that fit the client specifications and to refer one who had stayed recently at one of the resort’s competitors.  In addition to providing concrete specifics about the resort’s brand standards, the evaluator’s family will also provide subjective commentary in their mystery shopping report, detailing the entire family experience and putting it into relevant context for the client.
