Houston Evaluator – Blair C.
A trusted member of the Houston community for over 30 years with a history of restaurant experience, Blair is invested to the hospitality industry. As a young woman, Blair worked for her mother’s catering company as an assistant chef and food designer and then waited tables. Blair spends her life traveling the globe, staying in a wide-range of hotels and dining out in an array of restaurants. Her travel bug enables her to meet various types of hospitality professionals and allows her to view the world from many different perspectives. Now, she works as a scientific research assistant where she has honed strong writing skills and a fine attention to detail. Outside of work, she loves to entertain and dine out often, volunteers as a teacher of proper etiquette at private clubs in her area, and–as a true oenophile–serves on the board of her local Wine Committee.
