I. Waiter Sales and Service Workshop
An on-site, interactive education program for
servers and managers that introduces new
concepts of guest engagement, providing tools
that improve presentation, listening skills
and decision making which lead sensibly to
increased guest loyalty while increasing
average check.
II. Daily Training Program
A series of 10-15 minute exercises that managers
can implement at pre-meal meetings to ensure
that service staff training remains current
and fresh. Exercises are interchangeable
and easily customized so management can coach
in the most applicable and personalized way.
