The history of Baltimore is varied and complete. Just a stone's throw from Washington, D.C., the city served as home to events critical in the nation's history. Since Baltimore sits at the mouth of a busy harbor, the city's maritime history is fabulous, making Baltimore an excellent destination for those salty sea dogs. Professional sporting events are deeply rooted in the city, ranging from the hometown favorite, the Orioles, to world class yachting and sailing events that often include the city on their itineraries.
When it comes to things to do and see, Baltimore will certainly not disappoint. Take a dip under the sea at the world class National Aquarium, located directly on the famed Inner Harbor. For a closer look at the vessels that have frequented Baltimore's port, look to the Maritime Museum or the U.S.S. Constellation, the only remaining Civil War ship that is afloat. In the summer and early fall, visit historic Camden Yards and cheer on the hometown Orioles to a victory. Baseball fans will especially enjoy the Babe Ruth Birthplace and Museum. Once the "boys of summer" take a hiatus, check out the action on the gridiron as the Baltimore Ravens do battle on the turf.
For a more cultured look at the city, turn to the Baltimore Museum of Art, housing a fantastic collection of art and sculpture from all over the globe. Native son, Edgar Allen Poe is honored by the city at the Edgar Allen Poe House. Similarly, the birthplace of the National Anthem, Fort McHenry is also preserved for posterity.
Coyle Hospitality Group has invested years of experience into the development
of an extensive secret shopping database of evaluators. Our evaluators are not
professional mystery shoppers; they are businessmen and women who already
frequent hotels, spas and restaurants for business and leisure; our people are already
your guests in Baltimore.
Baltimore restaurateurs, hoteliers and spa professionals appreciate the benefits of a quality secret
shopping program. They know that it costs many times more to attract a new
customer than to retain a satisfied customer. They know that bad word of mouth
spreads much faster than good references. Becoming aware of the mystery shoppers
perspective brings new light and opportunity to even the most experienced hospitality concern.
CHG is glad to work with hospitality clients new and returning to design questionnaires
for mystery shoppers to gauge their experience. These questionnaires help measure the performance
of your staff who will never know that they were audited by way of methodical secret shopping.
