James T. Coyle, a 1987 graduate of the School of
Hotel Administration at Cornell University, founded
Coyle Hospitality Group in 1996. Jim has worked
exclusively in the hospitality industry holding
management positions in finance, operations and
sales. Jim manages Coyle’s product and strategic
development.

Arthur Chang – VP of International Development
Arthur, also a graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, managed the Statler Hotel at Cornell University and served as the Managing Director of Hotel Ezra Cornell before joining Coyle in 2007. He has held international operations and marketing roles with companies like Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Nikko Hotels, and InterContinental Hotel Group, which have taken him to Asia, Europe, Canada, and the United States.

Kevin McGovern – Director of Sales & Marketing
Kevin holds a BA from Wesleyan University in Middletown CT, and joined Coyle in 2007. Kevin has been in the restaurant business his entire life starting with a family-run restaurant in his youth through working in various capacities in restaurants in the NYC area. Kevin oversees the hotel and restaurant marketing efforts in North America.

Jennifer L. Vollmert – Vice President of Development
Jen graduated from the Cornell Hotel School, where she served as the Public Relations Director and Strategy Director for Hotel Ezra Cornell. Prior to joining Coyle in 2008, Jen worked in hotel operations and hotel electronic marketing sales, and she also developed the marketing strategy for a new consumer business venture.

Katie Ho – Vice President of Research
Prior to her position at Coyle, Katie spent several years in hotel operations with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage responsibilities. Katie holds a degree from the Cornell Hotel School, where she served as a research analyst for the Hospitality Quantitative Analysis and Marketing departments. She has created database decision support models for companies like Nassau Spa and StudentCity.com.
